Holiday Apartment
The apartment is around 115 m2 in size. It has two bedrooms and one living room with the kitchen. The apartment has two bathrooms (toilet and the bathroom with a shower) and a balcony as well. A swimming pool and a garden also belong to the property and can be used. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a new house, built in 2007. The whole house is under a video surveillance. Also, there is an elevator.
The apartment itself is fully furnished, it has all household electronic devices and there is an air- condition in every room. There are two beds: one double bed and the other for one person. The sofa in the living room could also be used as a sleeping bed.
Location: The city of Mahmutral, approximately 7 km from Alanya (15 min by bus). Two airports near by: Antalya, 120 km as well as Gazipasa, 35 km.
Location in the city: The apartment is in the quiet part of the town, there is a bus stop near by as well as good shopping possibilities. Close by are also a pharmacy and a German-speaking doctor. The city center of Mahmutral is around 10 min by foot. Open market (once a week) is 200 m away from the apartment.
Price: Cold rent - from 250 €/month (if one rents it for 6 months and more) until 250 €/week in the season and for short-term rent. Other services like electricity, water and the final cleaning of the apartment are being calculated separately from the rent. Help with transport is possible on demand (in Germany - Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Cologne and in the Turkey).
